We’re like a nomadic tribe. We move every year or so. :-) Here’s where we are living in right now for at least the next 12 months. LOL

Rosewood Pointe is just right outside The Fort Global City. I like the community vibe to it which is missing in The Columns Ayala Ave where we used to live. Here, you can see families and kids playing around and having fun instead of being just shacked up in their own units. We got a 3 bedroom, 2 toilet/bath unit and a washing/drying area on the Deck floor. The place is about 96 square meters so it’s a huge jump from my 32 square meter unit at The Columns.

Notice how beautiful the pool area is? It’s breath-taking, especially in the early evening when all the lights around the area are lit up. It’s like you’re not even within Metro Manila anymore although you’re only a stone’s throw away from Bonifacio Global City. You can even rent the cabana’s surrounding the pool. There’s 3 of them total and each can fit 10 people inside.

The best part of all is that we’re now all living together including Quan who has grown quite a bit since, compared to hisĀ  pictures published here. He’s one uber cute dog who scratches on our room’s door if we don’t wake up and come out of our room 10 minutes after he hears our alarm go off.

    hi,
i was just searching for condo units. and i stumbled upon your post about rosewood. would it be okay to ask about the place. is it quiet in there? and how far it is from commercial establishment? would it be still accesible even without a car? thank you =)

Hi, This place is very family-friendly which is rare about condos. It is very quiet in the buildings but the pool area can be very lively because a lot of kids swim and play in and around it but the place is so big that the noise would not reach your unit for sure. It’s really not that far from Market Market and The Fort. Even if you don’t have a car, there are tricycles that would take you to the main road (C5) and you can either take the jeep to Market Market or south to FTI. There’s also plenty of cabs that ply this route. There are also service cars operated by fellow unit owners that charge a bit higher than the metered cabs would but these are mostly brand new cars, vans, innovas, etc that would drive you in style to where you want to go.

You’ve seen the pics, right? It’s an awesome place.
